Tracking, through a telematics system fitted to each vehicle, allows us deploy our teams & assets efficiently. Live tracking also allow us to respond to incoming client requirements instantaneously, for example re-routing a team to site. Time & duration on site information is freely available to confirm we do what we say. If a problem is foreseen with a delivery on route to a job, we aim to call our client and advise of the delay before they call us.
Our fully digitised system designed by us has been introduced to maximise our efficiencies & maintain a leading edge in the market. Using our brand new software, our entire office system is now digitised, from site meetings, design, quotations, dispatch, installation, maintenance,collections, toolbox talks & incident reporting.
Each traffic management team is equipped with a PDA device, equipped with the latest remote working software, designed by us allowing access to risk assessments, method statements, & drawings and is able to route plan each vehicle to their required destinations efficiently through the GPS software. Live traffic data also allows us to reroute on a local basis to avoid delays.
On site paper work is electronically transferred to a secure database where we are able to send to our clients within 30 minutes of a delivery taking place, the signed ticket confirming the job was completed successfully.
Our archive systems are able to retrieve a huge amount of information on each project, this being available to our clients for current & future reference.
